Support Us

Ultimate Kids are asking the broader community for their support!

Our team is committed to creating healthy holidays for young children in Sefton by creating opportunities to engage in healthy eating habits and increased physical activity levels during the school holidays. We are active in the organisation of the Government programme known as HAF Programme (Holiday, Activity & Food Programme) in Sefton, which targets the most deprived children in the area.

The funding we receive is reserved for generic running costs. This includes providing all children with a substantial nutritious meal, and we estimate that the budget leaves us with between £1.20 – £2 per day to provide one hot meal and snacks for each child.

The cost-of-living crisis has devalued the funding we receive, making it more difficult to source all the appropriate food we require with the available funds. We understand it would still be possible, although it is challenging to provide for the children with the funds available. However, we ask for your support so these children can receive a more substantial meal rather than the bare minimum.

Any remaining funds will be used to provide additional support to families in the local area to help provide healthier school holidays for their children.

Additionally, we understand that economic pressure may be affecting everyone at this time, so if you are unable to spare a pound or two, you can also donate food items by contacting Kieran Roose on kieran@ultimatekidsltd.co.uk to arrange a collection or drop off slot.
