We have a catalogue of excellent cover coaches at hand and arrange all cover staff in house.

Yes, we have partnered with Morton Michel, the childcare insurance specialist, to cover all of our Ultimate Kids services.

All staff hold relevant qualifications for their roles, with the majority of staff holding degrees and PGCE’s.

Ultimate Kids specialise in multi-sports, meaning that we are able to provide all curriculum sports and much more.

We aim to have all coaches first aid trained. All staff with first aid training hold a level 3 pedantic first aid Ofsted/EYFS compliant certificate.

12 months. Although, we are able to provide short term services if availability allows. We encourage any short term contracts to be agreed with as much time as possible to allow for sequential planning.

Through regular vigorous internal and external training as well as our partnerships with CIMSPA, UK Coaching, The Safeguarding Consultant & Morton Michel we guarantee a high standard throughout our organisation.

We take Safeguarding serious and want to do as much as possible to Safeguard the children we work with. Therefore, Ultimate Kids have partnered with The Safeguarding Consultant for regular staff training and procedure building which include; safer recruitment, correct reporting methods and bespoke policy writing for our organisation to ensure we are adhering to the Safeguarding Guidelines within Education.

All our nursery sessions focus on developing gross motor skills and key movement patterns from an early age.

Our maximum number of participants that can take part in nursery sessions is dependent on space, but we usually cap spaces at 15.
