Who’s Who in the Ultimate Kids Family?
As our Ultimate Kids family grows we believe it is important that the people who support our purpose and journey know who is involved and what they are up to on a day-to-day basis. Therefore, we would like to welcome our full time team below:
Chris Redman
Chris is the founder and Director of Operations here at Ultimate Kids. His primary focus is to oversee different projects within the organisation and seek business growth opportunities. Chris is a hands-on individual who still enjoys being present on all of the service types here at Ultimate Kids; if you see him, make sure to say hello as he is always welcoming to meeting the individuals supporting our journey.
Liam McQueen
Liam is the Assistant Operations Manager here at Ultimate Kids. His primary focus within the organisation is to work closely with all of our school and nursery partners whilst continuously supporting and training our sport coaches that work within the settings. He is a lively character with a great sense of humour and is the longest serving member of Ultimate Kids alongside Chris.
Emily Wood
Emily is the Marketing & Creative Manager here at Ultimate Kids. Emily is the heart and soul of our team as she has to ensure she is constantly communicating with everyone to ensure she can display everything that goes on at Ultimate Kids. Emily is a friendly individual who never denies helping out where she can; even if it is something that’s not in her field of expertise.
Kieran Roose
Kieran is the Head of Camp Operations here at Ultimate Kids. He works with Liam closely to develop our sports coaches in order for Ultimate Kids to maintain standards outside of term time. Kieran is always present on our Ultimate Kids Camps so be sure to keep an eye out for him; he is very approachable and fair whilst always going the extra mile to ensure everyone involved in our camps are looked after.
Robert Gibson
Rob is one of our Lead Sport Coaches & Ultimate Kids Classes Lead. His personality shines throughout the organisation and services which has enabled him to fit into the team right away since his arrival in September. Rob loves to get himself involved where he can and is a great role model for the children that we educate on a daily basis.
Catherine Wise
Cath is our newest Camp Coordinator here at Ultimate Kids. Her experience as a primary school teacher makes her the perfect individual to manage and organise the activities and safety of the children who attend. Cath has a very sporty personality which allows her to be relatable to the children on camp as well as being able to communicate with parents due to being a team player herself.
William Duffy
Will is an Ultimate Kids Camp coach here at Ultimate Kids. His presence on camp does not go unnoticed as he has created some positive relationships with children and parents alike. Will is a caring individual and works well with the younger groups on camp to ensure that they are comfortable in a new and unfamiliar environment. He is a valued member of the team.
Phoebe Johnson
Phoebe is an Ultimate Kids Camp coach here at Ultimate Kids. She is the longest serving Ultimate Kids Camp coach present in the organisation and has continuously provided good quality on our camps. Phoebe has a very loving personality which is a great pairing with our team here at Ultimate Kids. Her approach to her sessions is noticeably appreciated by the children.
Jerome Ffrench
Jerome is an Ultimate Kids Camp coach here at Ultimate Kids. He is a popular figure on our Formby camp providing consistency and firmness within the camp. Jerome, although firm, is a laid back individual which is respected by the children on our Formby camp which allows him to provide more in his session due to the cooperation from the children.
