Liverpool Half Marathon 2023 – What we’ve been up to this weekend.
The Liverpool Half Marathon is one of the most anticipated events of the year for runners or fitness enthusiasts and excitement’s been in the air this weekend. With its scenic route and vibrant atmosphere, it’s no wonder so many people join this event every single year. This year’s Liverpool Half Marathon took place this weekend on Sunday 26th March 2023 (yesterday) , and it was sure a day to remember.
For those who are not familiar with the Liverpool Half Marathon, it’s a 13.1-mile race that takes runners through some of Liverpool’s most iconic landmarks, including the Royal Albert Dock, the Liverpool Cathedral, and the Mersey River.
I know that for many runners, the preparation for this race has been months in the making, and the anticipation of finally crossing that finish line is a feeling like no other. Two of our own Ultimate Kids Team members, Chris and Olivia, were also amongst the runners taking part in the event, and we couldn’t be prouder of both of them – well done, you both done great – the whole team were behind you!
