Summer Recap & Lost property
Summer over and out!
Hi everyone, we hope you’re doing well as we bid farewell to another fantastic summer of Ultimate Kids Camps. As we close the chapter on this season, we thought it is only right to have a little catch up with you all, sharing some camp highlights, the LARGE lost property list and what to expect this upcoming academic year from us.
First and foremost, on behalf of the entire Ultimate Kids Camp Team, we want to extend a heartfelt thank you to each and every one of you who joined us over the past seven weeks. Your unwavering support means the world to us and plays a crucial role in making these camps the unforgettable experiences they are. With over 2000 different children participating in our Ultimate Kids Camps this Summer, we’ve been absolutely thrilled to welcome both new faces and familiar ones into the Ultimate Kids family – we hope to see even more of you next time round (keep your eyes out next week for our 2023/24 Camp dates and venues).
This summer, our HAF (Holiday Activities and Food) Camps have reached new heights, and we hope to expand their reach even further in the coming academic year. We’re proud to have offered 2190 funded spaces during the summer, giving children the opportunity to stay active, make new friends, and create lasting memories. We are already working to make our HAF Camps even more valuable, creating new recourse and information packs for families, which we are so excited to provide.
One of the highlights of our Ultimate Kids Camps in general, but especially this summer, has been the joyous moment at the end of each day or week when we celebrate our Ultimate Kids Of The Day and award our prizes. This summer, more than ever, our coaches have faced the delightful challenge of selecting just two children per day for these well deserved awards, which was not easy. Over 150 Ultimate Kids medals, bags, pencil cases, T-Shirts, bottles and caps were given out this summer as prizes- we can’t wait to see you all come back to Camp next time with your merch. If we had all the prizes in the world to give out, trust us, each and every one of you would have received one! It’s been a privilege to witness the incredible talents, sportsmanship, and camaraderie displayed by all our children. With some of our Ultimate Kids who joined us for multiple weeks over summer, we had the privilege of witnessing the large amount of progress being made, not only within the children’s sporting ability, but also confidence, resilience and social skills. It has all been amazing to witness and I know this was also expressed to the children throughout the Camp day and during the award speeches – thank you all again for being such a pleasure.
Now, let’s talk about a perennial mystery at camp: the lost property. There has been more than ever left behind this summer, from water bottles to Minecraft jackets, if you’re missing something, don’t worry; it might just be waiting for you in our lost and found collection. As always, we have collected all of the items left behind and below have attached images of each item. Items will be stored in our office for 14 days from today (Monday 4th September) and if you wish to collect your item please send an email to customercare@ultimatekidsltd.co.uk with details of which item is yours along with your child’s full name and we can arrange this for you.
As we enter into the next academic year, we’re excited to continue growing and offering even more opportunities for children to discover the joy of sports and friendship. Stay tuned for updates on our upcoming Ultimate Kids Camps, and be sure to follow us on social media to stay connected with the Ultimate Kids community, all the behind the scenes and sneak peaks on any future Camps and Classes coming up.
Finally, we just want to say a massive thank you and express our immense gratitude to our dedicated coaches, supportive parents, and, most importantly, our amazing Ultimate Kids. It’s because of you that we can create these unforgettable memories and continue to provide our Ultimate Kids Services.
Thank you everyone, take care and we hope to see you all again soon!
