Healthy, Easy & Quick Protein Pancakes for the Family

A great way to help educate and get your Ultimate Kids eating healthier and filling them up with all the vitamins and micro nutrients they need to order to grow!

Ingredients:

1 x Banana

2 x Eggs

35g Oats

2g bicarbonate soda

10g Raw cocoa powder

50ml Alternative milk (we chose Oat milk)

1/4 tbsp Vanilla essence

Fruits and toppings of choice (we chose; blueberries, strawberries, organic peanut butter and raw honey)

1 Scoop of protein powder (optional, although this is a great way to add extra protein to a meal)

Here’s how to do it:

Add all ingredients into a powerful blender. Adding more milk if necessary.

Spray a hot frying pan with a few spray of 1cal fry lite.

More 1/3 of batter mixture to pan and cook until ready.

Serve on a plate and add any fruit, veg, nuts or seed toppings of your choices.

Enjoy!

Tip:

Allow your Ultimate Kids to add the toppings and make pictures with them. They will be more inclined to eat it then!
